…47% to 47% (12/15-12/18). The Democrat Party-affiliated polling firm Public Policy Polling shows in a recent poll that Romney beats Obama 47% to 45%. (12/16-12/18). More importantly, the most accurate Presidential pollster, Rasmussen Reports, shows in the most recent poll that Romney destroys Obama 45% to 39% (12/27-12/28). No other Republican candidate polls as well as Romney. Not even close. Hence, the Romney Revolution. It’s been a long t…

… seemed on the superficial level to offer continuity, it was actually an ideological reversal, back to the Liberal wing of the Republican Party. Though he lambasted his opponent Michael Dukakis, tarring him with the “Liberal” label, which Reaganism had turned into a dirty word, Bush himself was every bit a Progressive. His admitted trouble with “the vision thing” prevented him from continuing with Reagan’s unfinished work: shrinking government, e…

You may remember that on January 3, this website reported the presidents approval index. The index represents the percentage of people who strongly approve of the president’s performance minus the percentage of people who strongly disapprove. At the beginning of the year, the presidents approval index was in the red with a rating of -15. Just yesterday, Rasmussen reported that Obama’s presidential approval has sunk to -19. It appear…

…. Maybe. All I know is here in California, Barbara Boxer, normally a shoe in for re-election is now dead even with her Republican adversary. Is it a sign of things to come? We’ll have to wait to see. As of Monday March 23rd a Rasmussen poll indicates 31% of the nations voters approve of Barack Obama while 41% of the nation disapproves. His approval rating is up 2% from the week before. But it’s still clear a majority of the nation is not happy. T…

Yesterday, Rasmussen Reports published the latest presidential approval index. This index is the sum of two numbers, those that strongly approve minus those that strongly disapprove of the president’s performance. You may recall that Obama scored negative 15 on January 3. It dropped to negative 19 on February 22. As of yesterday, it stands at negative 20. Clearly these presidential approval index numbers are not good, but let’s loo…

…aphrasing again) shows how really out of touch this administration really is. One of the Democrats even had the audacity to say that they (Democrats) have been doing this a long time and they know what we’re doing. Well a new Rasmussen poll indicates 56% of the population disagrees. Now that the debate is over we need to put this all in perspective. Everyone agrees that insurance companies must not be allowed to continue doing business as usual…

… of these circumstances, the use of the word hero is trivialized. A deeper problem is that ides of myth, legend and story hold a society’s culture together. The concept of the hero is central to these. By misapplying the hero label and refraining from using it when needed takes our culture in the wrong direction. I hope we can recover the sense of propriety about who we call a hero and what they did to be considered brave before it’s too late. A …

…3% of Florida voters had already cast their ballots and it was estimated that Romney had an 11 point lead in the election. After a short Gingrich bounce, Romney has found himself back on top with a 16 point lead according to Rasmussen. It’s inevitable and no matter how much Newt complains and whines, Romney is too far ahead in Florida to beat. Romney’s Florida win is imminent and he will add a whopping 50 delegates to his total. Now the reason …
