Well, it’s almost Christmas Eve. God has looked favorably upon me and granted me one more year, one more MSA Christmas with those I love. Every day that I awake, I am proud to say that I am an MSA survivor. I will continue this way of thinking until I can think no more.

Getting an appointment to see a dentist to fix broken and falling out teeth takes six months or more. Emergency procedures are ineffective. In fact, one time when my friend had what appeared to be a minor stroke, he was taken to a private hospital at the request of his brother. The private hospital admitted him and then immediately tried to discharge him because of his Veteran’s Administration status. His brother then again threatened everybody to keep the treatmet at the private hospital and even got the VA to approve payment to the private hospital. He was finally admitted and treated properly. I’m sure if he went to the VA emergency room that day, he would be dead.

As a result of MSA, Frank Cervone has had to change what is left of his life – instead of giving in, he gave it all to the cause. Fight MSA.
