Two Wings of The Same Bird

I’m not a Republican.

I’m not a Democrat.

I am one of those over-analyzed, unpredictable, card-carrying Independents who definitely swings both ways.  (PS:  Thank God we exist!  We’re the only voters out here who the politicians cannot peg.)

That said, I was prepared to write a lengthy article on why I pray that Ron Paul runs on an Independent ticket should he fail to garner the GOP nomination – not because I agree with everything he says, but because he would be a clear game changer.   However, Judge Napolitano (from FOX, a network with which I rarely agree) actually beat me to the punch. . .and did a far better job than I ever could.

In short:  Our government is broken and the current unacceptable gaggle of Republican and Democratic candidates (save “Crazy Uncle Ron”) are simply “two wings of the same bird.”  A bird which needs to be plucked and put into a pot pie.
